There is an alternate servo mount which uses only 2 locknuts instead of 4... the directions are in one of the back issues of the Lancair Mail and utilize a sandwich structure of 1/8" phenolic to lock in the front of the servo and a pair of anchor nuts at the rear to lock the motor in place. There is a complete rundown of the mount on my website in the horizontal tail construction pages, on page 3 of that process if memory serves.
