I'm debating between using a single power supply (Whelen A413), or two separate supplies (Whelen A490) mounted in the wing tips. A single supply would be a much simpler installation, but I'm concerned about interference to COM/NAV caused by the long runs of high voltage cables to the wing tips. Those long runs may present future maintenance problems too. Has anyone experienced problems with the A413? And where have you mounted the unit? I'm thinking under the passengers seat if it will fit.
