So, as I understand it, the big difference between the Jeffco system and
Hysol is that the Hysol has better peel strength?  Is that correct?  In that
case, why speced it for the fuel caps?  Just a quirk of the manual?  It
would seem to me that the fuel cap is MORE than held captive by the
bond-material-rivets and the overlying BID lay-ups.  Maybe I ask too many
questions :)

BTW, I did stick an ohm-meter on Hysol and didn't find it to be at all
conductive...  Unlike our carbon skins.  I'm preparing a second batch to
double check my measurements.
