It would seem to me that the fuel cap is MORE than held captive by the bond-material-rivets and the overlying BID lay-ups. Maybe I ask too many questions :) BTW, I did stick an ohm-meter on Hysol and didn't find it to be at all conductive... Unlike our carbon skins. I'm preparing a second batch to double check my measurements.
