Quick question for those that have finished the hydraulics:

When you have your hydraulic system pressurized, does the flap valve spring
return the handle to the neutral central position?  Mine will stay in the
down position.  Is this right?  When the system is not pressurized, the
spring will return the handle to the neutral position when you release the
handle.  Seems as though this is how it should work or at least how I'd like
it to work.  What do you think?
