Ian,
MAC 11% is FS 24.5, MAC 29% is FS 30.3 utilizing the aft face of the
firewall as FS 0.0.  The CG range is 30.3 - 24.5 = 5.8 inches or 29 - 11
= 18%.  Therefore 5.8 inches divided by 18 percentage points equals
approximately 0.32 inches per each percentage point.  Example: MAC 20%
computes as 0.32 x 9 (20% - 11%) + 24,5 = 27.38 inches.
The weight change information was in a Lancair Newsletter but I don't
have that at my fingertips right now.  Hope this helps
