Thus, as far as I know 11% MAC means a distance 11% of the chord length measured from the leading edge of the wing. So to convert your data I would measure it out to the wing, measure the Cord length at the point you are working on (Leading edge to trailing edge) then take 11 and 29% of that and mark it on the wing as well.
