To date the comments that I have seen on this forum about the IV accident
have been totally appropriate.  As humans we have an interest in the safety
of our fellow man and ourselves.  We can learn through others mistakes and
misfortunes.  Contrary to an earlier comment,  I have seen no evidence of
diverting blame nor are we "sadistic humans" and incidently, we are the
experts!

The discussion of the accident is healthy and I greatly appreciate the
information and comments!  Keep in mind that the official accident
investigation report will contain the words "probable cause".  Even a year
from now when that official report becomes available, only Tony and his
maker will ever know the whole truth.

To those that might prefer no discussion, you are a hazard to yourself and
to others.
