No one has determined Tony ran out of fuel. There are many fuel related
possibilities. All of which should have be checked when Tony asked for
service. Also I am sure Tony would have known how much fuel was put in the
plane three hours before the crash. He would not have tried to make it if he
did not know he had enough fuel. You can not blame the building process or
the builder on complete speculation.
