One of the ES's that I recently completed was at Oshkosh last year on display at the Lancair tent. That aircraft had a used 520 engine rated at 285 HP. I ceramic coated the intake and exhaust and installed an electronic ignition and it ran super cool and burned a mere 12.5 GPH at 8,000 ft. And with a used 520 engine, we were getting a bit better than the published numbers that Lancair states. >> So it's not just Zehrbach who says ceramics work? Electronic ignition too? what's next, FADEC? Gee, are the naysayers going to say CHBAviation and the Lancair factory are also fooling us with these engine improvements? Caveat Emptor. But don't let ludites tell you what to do either. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML website: http://www.olsusa.com/Users/Mkaye/maillist.html LML Builders' Bookstore: http://www.buildersbooks.com/lancair Please send your photos and drawings to marvkaye@olsusa.com. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
