tools.. they make our life easier and some times let us do things
better!
we all want to make the rudder attachment points access holes as small
as possible, so they aren't seen when the control surface is straight or
slightly turned. the problem lies when you need to TURN that bolt/nut
to attach the rudder.. the best ratchet I own has a 7^o "click" and
that makes for a big hole.. Well, while pondering life, Mike Mahar
handed me the smallest ratchet I've ever seen! it lets one slowly
tighten at 1^o! This makes for a small hole and a great looking rudder!

Also seen are pins that slide in and out for quick removal of the
rudder while we get that body work perfect. And a bolt holder that
makes dropping them in a breeze.
tools... cool looking, fun, and make the building experience more
enjoyable.. ask your local tool and die shop for them.
Also, if you have taken photos of your building progress, pls consider
putting them on the web to share with others. I have a simple system
where you can upload images, click on a link that automatically makes
thumbnails and builds an index. email me what you want for a
username/passwd and I'll walk you though how to share your experience.
heck, even those RV tin cans are welcome!
On the elevator thread, in level flight with 3/4 gas Mike's 4 looks
