Dave I have the wing extensions from Lancair on my 360.My airplane tends to be a bit of a fat boy, compared to most(1275#).I have flown it both ways and my findings are as follows.
1.At any altitude my 360 is faster with the wings tip extensions. As much as 8 kts at 10,0000 ft and less down lower.
2.My takeoff run is reduced by a minimum of 300 ft.
3.My airplane is much more stable in cruise.
4.Stall speed dirty is 56 Kts
Some Negatives are higher spar loading.Do not descend at warp 10.And the ailerons are not as crisp as with the standard wing tips.Aerobatics are not recommended with the extensions. However aileron rolls are a bit lazy ,but still fun occasionally and at low gross weight. You will also notice the airplane will be a little less tolerant to excessive approach speeds, but at slower speeds it is much more stable and nicer to land.My typical speeds are 100 kts in the pattern 85kts on final and slowing to 70kts short final shooting for 65 kts over the numbers.
