Because I work in that field I can very definitely tell you that at Lancair
speeds, the network will not be able to handoff between base stations fast
enough to keep your reception acceptable.  Each base station and its associated
neighbor stations monitor and negotiate you as you move through the network.
When your host base station senses that your signal is weakening it negotiates
handing you off to a neighbor station which is sensing your signal growing
stronger....etc.  

At 200 miles per hour, the system will not be able to hand you off fast enough.
I don't know this for a fact, but I highly suspect that your call will be
dropped at speeds where the hand off isn't negotiated quick enough through
the net.  Sooner or later the net will loose your position because of it's lag.
