Thanks for the info/tips.  My left side doors matched the contour nicely,
the left side not so good.  I wonder if one could heat the door and bend it
to better match the belly pan contour?

The gaps for the inboard doors are fairly uniform and only required minimal
sanding to get a pretty decent fit (an even 0.06" Popsicle stick gap).
However, the outboard gear door gaps seem a bit too wide.

Did you have to perform the gear door mod/stiffening per the SB?  If so, did
you do that before or after the release and was it a pretty easy mod?  I am
waiting for my mod kit from Lancair.
