I also have one of Don's rotisseries and love it!  I have a "bolted" version
which he shipped to me on a pallet that accompanied my big Lancair crate
with all the airplane parts from the builders workshop.  I currently have
the fuselage raised up off the floor and am storing parts and plywood
underneath.   If you'd like some pictures, please email me directly and I
will send you some.

Jeffrey also asked about trucking/pulling the airplane on a trailer.  For
me, living in Louisiana was a bit too far to pull a trailer, not only due to
the expense but also the extra time off from work that would be required to
drive that distance.  As Rob Logan and others have mentioned, there are a
few benefits of not bonding the stub wing at the workshop and having Lancair
crate and ship the plane.  I pre-align the stub wing in the factory jig and
it will only require a final check (set incidence, etc.) before bonding.
Unattached, the belly pan can be moved around easily which facilitates
sub-systems installation (gear door fitting, hydraulic and fuel lines,
etc.).  Also, I think Rob mentioned "standing up" inside the fuselage helped
immensely with some of the installations behind the firewall (I'm not there
yet).  An added plus is that I used the crate wood to construct a few nice
work tables and storage shelves ...
