I think learning to fly in a high performance airplane is dangerous! You are
young and quite inexperienced in this world and probably feel invincible. My
advice is to get your Private in the slow old beater C150. Get familiar and
comfortable with flight planning and flying flight plans slowly (gives you time
to think and recover from mistakes). Become a master of radio communications and
navigation. Things happen very fast at 200 mph vs 100 mph. After aquiring your
License, build some time and if you learn that flying really is for you, then
move up to the high performance airplane. Slow down and don't be in such a
hurry. You are young and have plenty of time!
My .02 cents worth .....
