Hmmm,  I manufactured a Pelltier-based thermo electric cooling device for the
semiconductor industry for about twenty years.

As I remember it, it had a huge transformer to provide the power for a single
module.

Brent, what size conductor do you calculate would be needed to carry  the
amps needed to supply the modules you mentioned?

Also, what size aluminum heat sink set in the wall for heat transfer?

As I remember it, we had a 4 x 4 x 2  aluminum finned heat sink for a single
module, but our fan was quite small and under powered.

The modules themselves were an alloy of Bismuth Telluride when we made our
machine.

After I became a pilot, I designed a cockpit dehumidifier based on a single
module to keep the cabin moisture down when the plane was in the hangar, to
protect the instruments.  It would have been placed in the pilots door window
of a Mooney, etc, and would be removeable.  I didn't make one, though,
because of the crazy liability situation...
