The way to make an eccentric bushing stay oriented is to make it a flange
bushing. That is, it has a washer-like part that is squeezed between the
gearbox and nut like a washer, and then continues through the large hole as
a bushing. It is machined as one piece, and when the nut is torqued, it will
not move. The overall shape looks like a top hat.
