Angeles, WA. I also was able to purchase many of my avionics, several of them restricted like the Garmin GPS units from Pacific Coast Avionics. I advise you to talk with Pacific Coast or maybe Gulf Coast (they're hooked together) for your needs. They are great folks and usually, can sell them to you since you are an a/c manufacturer. Also, their prices are very competitive.
