Auto brake slave cylinders do not move therefore they can be plumbed with
hard lines.
Aircraft brake pucks do rattle around on the pins and need a flexible
connector.
I wholeheartedly agree that you need a good quality flexible connector at the
slave cylinder since I had nyloflow at the puck connector blow out three on
my RV-4 from overheating.
Parker Hannifin makes a compression fitting that will not cut the line if
overtightened as a standard compression collar will.
