As an old crusty A&P type, I remember when we used to give a hardy har-har
to Cessna for using nylaflow lines in the pitot/static systems of the 100
series singles. You think we don't question using the stuff as brake line?
Light weight does not equate to long lived or durable. Neither does low
cost. The stuff does not last in use, ie: assembly and disassembly. It
leaks at the B-nuts after being cross threaded or over tightened... which is
easy to do. Kink a line and it will fail.
Much too risky for such expensive machines as these.
