I too exchange out the Nylaflow for the DH Instruments lines.  I am very
pleased with the result.

I read with great interest Ross Connell's 2/6/01 comments about the
tightness of the trunnion assemblies (i.e. assembled hot with loctite) and
that Lancair would discourage movement of the pin.

For what its worth, my trunnion pins were partially removed with  very light
tapping per John Barrett's description.  Assuming I have a looser fitting
pin, should Loctite now be applied or a new pin replaced?
