It's my website where the pictures of pin removal for the replacement of
nylaflow with DH brakelines is posted.

I wouldn't advise anyone to do anything that's destructive, but I seem to
recall that I asked Lancair builder reps about how to go about this process
before I performed it and got no indication that this would be damaging to
the aircraft or its parts.

It does take care and you can cause some damage, but I'll bet my airplane
that if you do it carefully, you'll not cause anything like what could
happen if you had a brakeline fail on landing.
