I know the pitfalls of the "real" pressure pots, that't why I was hoping you
had one everyone could borrow....  I've always had success with the Lancair's
by NOT pre-filling any of the components.  Once you start pumping the fluid
in from the caliper, it forces any previous fluid (and the air in-between)
toward the reservoir.  My method otherwise is pretty straight forward except
that I try to force the fluid through the lines and components as "fast" as I
can so it doesn't have time to level off in the horizontal areas.  I connect
a clear overboard line from the top of the reservoir and put it into a clean
container so I can watch the air bubble progress.  I try to flow  at least a
pint aftere the bubbles stop.  It seldom only takes one time since the lines
across the top of the nose gear tunnel becomes a collection point for all the
micro-bubbles.  But everyone must learn how neat working with 5606 really is.
A hudson or garden sprayer will work best if you install a schrader, or
inflation valve up near the top and use shop air to pressurize the container,
thus keeping the air from flowing through the fluid.  While in Dubai last
year I demonstrated to the builders out there the pitfalls of trying to bleed
their brakes after pumping air into the bottom of the fluid, it really does
make a difference...
