The problem is most certainly magnetic interference from the current feeding
one or more systems in your airplane. A reasonably quick way to track down
the culprit(s) is to selectively turn off each system - pull the breaker -
and note which one(s) create the effect.

My first step would be to pull a breaker, note the effect, and then push it
back in and go on to the next one. It may take a little creativity, you may
find that the problem is caused by more than one circuit. Whatever, at least
you will have identified the offending wiring. Don't forget the alternator
field circuit.

At this stage, rerouting and/or twisting the power feeders will probably
cure the problem. You probably won't be able to eliminate all of the
electrically induced swing but if you can get it down to a couple of
degrees, a trip to the compass rose will allow you to deal with that.

Bottom line: try to break the problem down into small pieces and it can be
more easily managed.
