We created a fiberglass holder into which the bottle snaps. The fiberglass goes a little more than 1 way around the bottle and is about 6" long. The sidepanel has a square access hole about 6" x 6" that has a plexiglass hinged door covering the opening. This allows an inspection of the bottle for pressure and allows the pilot or copilot to turn on the bottle if it is ever needed. We molded 4 fiberglass cavities into which to store the masks. One by each seat. The cavities were created using a 4" x 4" by 3" plastic freezer container as a mold. A 3" flange was molded around the opening. These were fiberglassed to the fuselage with the flange abutting the inside of the sidepanel. A nutplate was placed on the flange to secure the side panel. The quick connect fittings are mounted in the bottom of each cavity Plexiglass doors also cover the cavities for the masks. Only the pilot's mask is connected. The bottle is off. Part of the preflight instruction includes verifying pressure in the bottle, the donning the mask routine and turning on the O2. Pictures could be sent if that would help.
