No firesleeve aft of the firewall. Aluminum melts at ~1100 F, you are long dead by then. All flex hose forward of the firewall must be Stratoflex 124 with integral firesleeve. (Sacramento Skyranch has a great deal here where they guarantee the hose will fit or they will make you a new one even if you tell them the wrong length). NEVER use field replaceable fittings. Always use swaged fittings and pressure test and flush before use. Any hard line forward of the fire wall carrying fuel to the engine should be 300 series stainless steel and have firesleeve or other insulation to prevent fuel vaporization. Firesleeve should be installed before swaging the second end. I used the factory provided hose and replaceable fittings to prototype and then ordered proper hose assemblies from Skyranch. It would be impossible to supply hose assemblies with the kit as they would never be the right length for YOUR airplane.
