The real questions whether or not I should build in a fixed tab on the rudder a la Cessna style for taking up any building misalignment.<< Dan Olsen, Good thinking. Put the tab in. You can cut it off later if you really want too, but adding one later will not be as elegant. It won't slow the plane down, but aesthetics, well, thats personal I suppose. If you think its ugly, then it is. But consider the beauty of simplicity. That 4 ounces could actually make the plane fly straighter (therefore faster) hands off. No moving parts and it can be adjusted later if you make some other change to the airplane. Skip the fancy stuff. Its expensive, heavy, and must be maintained. !^NavFont02F02900004HI91EE7F - Doug Dodson Glasair II-S FT Flight Test Engineer, CFI-A,G Baby Dragon IF1 Race Team >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML website: http://www.olsusa.com/Users/Mkaye/maillist.html LML Builders' Bookstore: http://www.buildersbooks.com/lancair Please send your photos and drawings to marvkaye@olsusa.com. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
