Anyone or any legal entity is considered a "person" by the FAA for purposes
of registering an amateur-built aircraft and obtaining a repairman's
certificate. The entity must still prove "major portion" involvement in the
project and satisfy the safety inspector that the individual human(s) being
put forth by the entity is(are) qualified, but there is no requirement for a
single individual to be the owner/builder. Source: FAR 21.191(g) and AC
20-139A and its attendant definitions.
