Specifically any thing would bleed through it, marker pens were mentioned. It was a pig to apply as it was so thin it ran too easily. It would not stand up to rain, it just peeled off! It dried very slowly. Most disturbing was the allegation that the supplier was offering to pay the cost of repainting if you pushed hard enough. There are two types of paint made by this company. One is water based and the other is a two part mix. I believe significant work is required to buff the water based product to a good finish. However it is totally benign and requires no special enviromental or personal protection. The other type has to be treated as very hazardous and requires outside air for the operator. I have not been able to find anyone who has used the product and who is willing to give an objective report. I have not called the company as I had more or less decided to use a commercial paint for finishing. I do however intend to use the primer/UV inhibitor made by them as it is compatible with all paints and can be rolled on. This will leave me with only the finishing coat(s) to be sprayed by a professional. I would be reallly interested to hear from anyone with firsthand experience.
