A flight test (pilot training) program should include landings with the
flaps in full reflex and go arounds at full flaps. Do them on a good day
with an aft CG. My 235 does them OK but it much better to have done some
practice ones without other complications like strong crosswinds or low
ceiling.  Even with a second means for putting power to the flap motor there
are other single failures which can stick the flaps.  (like other electrical
failures, overtravelled actuator or other  linkage failures where you do not
want to mess with the flaps in flight)
