Try any artsy-craftsy type of hobby store.  They usually sell big bags of
popsicle sticks for cheap.  They're great for a lot of fillets, and also for
mixing small batches of Hysol or other adhesive.  For small mixing cups, try
a medical or hospital supply store for the little plastic pill cups they use
in hospitals.  The 1-oz. size is perfect and, again, they cost next to
nothing (unless they're on your hospital bill).  How about that --  aircraft
tools that are under $100!
