There should be hard points under any bolt/screw that goes through a cored area, otherwise the composite will be crushed. The simplest way to prepare this spot is to trench out the core around the screw hole leaving both skins in place and fill the cavity with flox and re-drill. We will add this information to the instructions and illustration.
