I have used both the micro and superfil options and attended the
informational class put on by the PolyFiber folks(superfil).  I am a little
skeptical about the weight reduction claims made by superfil but do believe
it is a little lighter.  I still use micro in any locations that would be
impact stress areas, i.e.; leading edges.  What I would say, a great benefit
of superfil is the consistency of the material density.  Micro will not meet
this consistency and when sanded will have a tendency to be tougher to get a
desired perfect fill.  The superfil with the more precise filler to "epoxy"
ratio will sand more evenly.  When doing final finish work, and sanding
across multiple applications of filler, I have found a better result with
the superfil.
