I have used both superfill and micro.  Unfortunately I used superfil on the
very last fill project and I can tell you it is much easier to work with. It
flows smoothly like cream cheese and is easy to sand.  If it gets a little
stiff you put some heat on it and it becomes more elastic and fluid.  It
doesn't curl up behind the squeegee.  As far as shrinkage etc. I cannot
respond because the plane is only 7 months finished.  Try it, you'll like
it.
