You must however be aware that the flat surface on the bottom is in the same alignment. You will find that out when you do the body work with long boards and sandpaper. The stub wings are a different matter. Sight down the leading edge of the wing and follow that line to the leading edge wingroot. Compare that alignment with the stub wing root in its final place and work on that solution. The apparant wing jigging and how you glue the stub wing onto the fuselage will determine if you have a straight line on the leading edge from wingtip to wingroot. Good luck. Good luck.
