I thought there would be no problem installing the turbo eng in the es. I now wish I had spent the money for the 550 as all the changes I had to do has added 6 to 12 months and countless $$ I have had the plane in the air 3 times and still making changes. the point is if your only a year a way from flying go for the 550 it may be some time before the fuel crunch you may be ready for a new eng by then and as the turbine is 100,000.00 right now the price may go down by the time you need a new eng .
