The short answer is...yes. I have done so and am still operating with my original tires at 600+ hours. If I had not rotated the tires, they would have had to have been changed at around 450. Of course the tires must be removed and reversed on their respective rims. Moving the left wheel to the right side will not help.

Hi All,
 
Our main landing gear tires have more wear on the outer edges and the inner edges look much newer.  I am guessing this is because this is where the wheels hit the pavement before the weight settles down on the gear and the tires become flat against the pavement...
 
So my question is, can you rotate the main tires so that I can start getting some wear on the inside edges (now the outside edges on the other main gear)?
