The IV/IV-P kits were available with “standard” MATCO brakes, or “high energy” Cleveland units. You’ll need to look at the brake assembly to determine which kind you have. If it’s the Cleveland units, the part number is  #66-62, High Energy/organic linings. They are available from Parker Hannifin, 1160 Center Road, Avon, OH 44011, Aircraft Spruce, or Lancair. You will need a total of 8 pads to change them all out (recommended). If you have the MATCO brakes, I expect Lancair will have pads for these as well, but I don’t know the part number.
