Valin,

Tim Ong demonstrated glide p= erformance to me in 199L some years ago. Following is a summary of what I o= bserved, and which I have in my Supplementary POH. Hope of some use.

Approx. sink rates at ~120-130kts IAS

Config            &nbs= p;            &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;    Sink rate, ft/min

Pitch full fine       &= nbsp;       Pitch full course

  (max rpm)        = ;            (min rp= m)

Clean         =             &nb= sp;         1500   &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;             = 500

10 flap        &nbs= p;            &= nbsp;       1600     = ;            &n= bsp;            1000

10 flap + gear       = ;           2500  &n= bsp;            = ;             &= nbsp; 2300

30 flap + gear       = ;           3000  &n= bsp;            = ;             &= nbsp; 2500

John
