I have installed these tires recently and have done the retract test.  They fit the wheel wells great.  The tire is substantially heavier duty over the wheelbarrow tires, Cheng Shin, that I have been using.  This is a tire designed for an airplane. I have not flight tested them yet.  They are Aero Classics from Dresser Tire Co.  11/400-5.  $47.95 ea.
