The appraiser that did my 4P had done experimental's before and seem to be p= retty close to what the market was selling at. Using ads of airplanes are li= sted is pretty pointless. A lot of the Lancer 4Ps and ESP's are way overpric= ed for with they're actually selling at. Where are you located at that you n= eed the appraiser?
