Prior to = departure last fall in Greenville, I pulled 4ZQ over to the fuel pumps and had a little wakeup call cause = my checklist failed to mention anything concerning the tow bar attached to the nose=85.could have been = a disaster. It is now the first checklist item but more importantly, the tow bar never leaves = my hand unless stowed in the baggage compartment. Even it the offending item is on the = checklist and assuming I can read it, that's no guarantee of success in the single pilot environment=85..
