The fiberglass spinner currently sold by Lancair for the 320 is
"light as a feather". It is subject to more substantial forces than you
might appreciate. Centrifugal forces at high rpms and the accompanying
aerodynamic pressure at high speed cause it to bulge outward, however,
there's no need for "doublers", "secondary bulkheads", etc., provided that
it's well-aligned.
I've run mine up to 3,000 RPM and it's shown no problems at all
after 100 hours of operation. Some time ago, I posted my technique for
proper alignment on the LML.
