The problem appears to be in the rear 3 or 4 inches of the fin. It hooks inboard. I would suggest that it be fixed with heat as early in construction as possible. That is prior to bonding the LH skin on. If the LH skin is on do the repair before the phenolic hinge blocks are in. If your rear fin spar is correct to the drawings you can use the dimensions shown on the drawing for the hinge blocks to get close. The new fast build Fin and rudder fixes this problem. Good luck.
