The alternative to Hysol 9339 is Araldite 2014.  Araldite is made by
Ciba-Geigy (Swiss) and is available in most countrys..

Araldite is equivalent in strength to Hysol, but, unfortunately, the pot
life is signifigantly shorter.

Hysol can be found outside the US, but at outrageous prices.  Try
contacting Dexter Corporation (www.dexteraero.com).
