Gentlemen:

Just a quick reminder about the formatting requirements we have established
for the LML... all posts should be submitted in plain-text format only, and
instructions for setting up both Outlook Express and Netscape Communicator
to comply with this requirement are included in the Users' Guide on the LML
website to help simplify the process for those of you who haven't caught on
yet.  In the past I have been sending out reminders to anyone who has
submitted posts in HTML format as a reminder, and if the posts weren't
resubmitted in plain text after 3-4 days I've been resubmitting them myself
in the proper format on the poster's behalf.  I regret to say that I will
no longer be able to provide this service, as it is simply too time
consuming.  Future posts received by the LML in anything other than plain
text will still trigger a reminder, but the errant posts will simply be
rejected.  Thanks.
