60-70 ft-lbs for the R-flange.  These values are found in the Hartzell Owner's Manual.  I highly recommend getting one from Hartzell if you don't have one.   There are a lot of not standard bolt torques used on the propeller. The use of standard bolt torques will damage the hub.  There is also a good section on maintenance and grease selection.
