Danny: I found it on my first google try, Hartzell manual for the F flange section 3 of the prop manual says 70-80 ft-lbs.   Also, Hartzell has a wonderful, free, competent technical support group in Piqua OH and will answer all questions about the care and maintenance for their products by phone or email.
