THIS REPORT SHOULD BE REQUIRED READING FOR EVERY LANCAIR PILOT

if we do not study history, we are destined to repeat it.

this is an incredibly valuable source of information about our airplanes.

first thing i did was read through and thought how my flying and airplanes compared to the reports.

As i have read accident reports, i have modified my plane or my behavior.

I'm posting this update on behalf of Lee Metcalfe who previously compiled a report on accidents through 2007.  Lee's comments on the content are contained at the top of the document.  The comments on each accident are his own summary of what happened.
